I am on Facebook as a private person. During the last week I received about fifty requests for friendship by friends of Susanboylefans Internationalinc, that was a strange miriade of requests all at once... This morning I turned out to be a friend of the Susanboylefans Internationalinc, though I never asked for that or confirmed such a request. Something fishy is going on... Anyone had a similar experience?? |

| I have a FB page which I rarely use or check. Just checked and I do not have any friends requests. As I like everything very private, I do not use the same name as at SBFII so no one will know me. That is the way I like it! |

| I heard they are missing a lot of Susan fans and are trying to locate them. |

What, all alleged 50,000 of them! Times must be hard for them. Not enough alleged loonies to send disguised affiliate links to by email, even when they've requested not to receive such emails. Tut tut. |

| I get emails occasionally from total strangers who want to "friend" me. Other than that, the only thing more ghastly might be getting found by people I never want to see again. Since Facebook is apparently dedicated to such things, I don't do it.
EDA: TPTB at EW are in the second group. |

I have my account on FB private as well. I had to unfriend Mario (whatever his name is) and keep him from viewing my account because he would ask me to join SBFII every since week after I would decline his offer. UGH! Don't want to copy PT and get caught for a copyright violation, but "Enough is enough" |

| It seems a few people have heard rumours from various sources that their plan is to drop the 'non-profit' status and turn it into a for-profit company. That's from a number of independent sources. |

Of course. Isn't that what the Inc. stands for? Business for profit? |

Of course. Isn't that what the Inc. stands for? Business for profit? Well, it appears they are still bullying external sites to remove links to fansites other than their own. The only reason I can see for that is to remove anyone they see as 'competition' which I would suggest proves that they are indeed looking at becoming a for-profit organisation. They could well re-introduce their premium sections, and start charging again. It's a very poor show charging people for using what is supposed to be an independent fansite. |
