He needs psychiatric treatment -- the old-fashioned kind, where they used to put patients in an icy-cold bath and wrap them securely in cold sheets so that they couldn't move, plus putting a cover over the tub so that they couldn't get out even if they somehow in their agitation still managed to loosen the cold sheet bindings. They called it "hydrotherapy."
