SBFII Nominations Are In

Four are up for 3 board positions. Sugar puddin, sunandroses, truusbuist, and wasforgas. Big changes are a comin'!! NOT!!!!!!!!

Funnily enough, those four are the only ones eligible to vote too! Should be an interesting result!

Actually, it reminds me of the school PACs that help run the school monies and fundraisers. It's interesting that the same 2 or 3 people always get back in.

It would be interesting to have a tally of who voted for whom. Then we would know how many really active members there are.

Information on the voting. The voting tellers will be Marie Ursula, and WhoIWasBornToBe, two well ensconced members of the in-circle.

7. No later than Monday 30th May e mails will be sent out to all those eligible to attend the AGM and to vote. Eligibility will be defined as all those eligible as per the by laws as of today Saturday 14th May 2011.

8. The email will contain information about the voting procedure and about the AGM.

a) The names of all those nominated and a voting form
b) a copy of the proposed revision of the by laws together with a voting form
c)The proposed agenda

9, Those not able or wishing to attend the AGM can still vote.

10.All votes must be sent to the voting tellers no later than 10.00 p.m. On Saturday 4th June. UK time Any votes received after that time will not be valid.

11.Votes will be sent by e mail to the voting tellers, Marie Ursula, and WhoIWasBornToBe will over see the voting.

12. e mail accounts will be created to receive the votes. The vote tellers will be the only people who will have access to these accounts.

13.The voting tellers will collate and record the voting and will report back to the chair as soon as possible after voting has closed, The results of all voting will be posted on the forum as soon as possible after the poll has closed.14.On Monday 30th May the agenda for the meeting will posted on the forum.

15.On Thursday 2nd June all reports required by the agenda will be posted on the forum.

16. Those eligible to vote can ask questions about the reports before the meeting and some answer will be given. (this is to ensure that the meeting does not take 24 hours and that those unable to attend the meeting have the opportunity to ask questions).

17.The meeting will open on Saturday 4th June at 7.00 pm UK time and will close at 10.00 pm. PT will chair the meeting and will be assisted by John V.

18. Members will be asked to vote on the election of three board members and on the proposed revision to the by laws which will be posted on 28th May.

Oh no, we've been busted!
