I resurrect this thread to ask a question. With over 20 million in sales, doesn't the SB team think there are a few more people interested in meeting Susan than the same approximately 20 fans who are at EVERY M&G???? Why not charge a fee for a M&G after an appearance so that ANYONE can attend? Just wondering!!
