Surprise!!!!! Not really!!! Guess what? There IS a new SB forum made up of all the people who have left SBFII. They have a twitter and FB account too. Past admins belong to it too. Word is it is BORING beyond belief! It would have to be since they felt that SBFII was NOT moderated ENOUGH!!!! Susan--get ready for the upcoming "In Crowd" M&Gs.

I find it to be so despicable that the people who fought SOOOO hard to keep dyebat from running SBFII, have now abandoned SBFII. Just imagine how different things would be if Dyebat HAD remained at the helm. I daresay that the fandom would, in NOOO way, be as scattered as it is today.

I always thought SBFII would split and some would go their separate ways. I always thought in time they would devour themselves. How could they not the way they have treated members. Yes, they should have kept Dyebat and they wouldn't be in the mess they are in today.

Not sure dyebat had any interest in "running" that forum at all, although that was their perception and paranoid fear. She only wanted the forum for the fans and an independent entity,---a NFP. Of course she was fought tooth-and-nail on that one, as though it costs a mint to run such a site. DJG does it for a whole lot less and no problem with not enough bandwidth or shut-downs for repairs. So the money thing (their claim to need income)is a crock and always was.

Is there any doubt that she would NOT have been as polarizing as the 2 that WERE running that place!

Ah, but wait! One of the people who was instrumental in some seriously dishonest behind-the-scenes manipulations (carefully and thoroughly documented in Knudt's excellent research and blog entries: http://newsforsusanboylefans.blogspot.com ) is now actually RUNNING SBFII as the primary administrator...... So, no, not all of the rats have abandoned that ship. What's wrong with this picture?

That is true, but a lot of them have left SBFII. Remember, the one remaining at the helm in no way acted alone.

I wonder how the M&G's and contact with Susan and her team will work now since SBFII is now split and a lot those that left SBFII were the main ones that always had their contacts.

Indeed she didn't. One of her closest partners in crime is now in the celestial realm somewhere -- i.e., she died some months ago -- but, yes, some of the others who either took an active role in certain deceptions or who at least were aware of them and condoned them are indeed among the ones who have now seemingly abandoned the sinking SBFII ship. My guess is that they haven't really truly gone at all, that they are still reading posts and lurking in "invisible mode."

Recruiting? Recruiting????!!!! Ah, yes, of COURSE! Let's spell this out so that it is abundantly clear...... Recruiting through PMs on SBFII for their new private forum..... I wonder how many people will fall for that, how many will join the new forum and how many who remain steadfastly and stubbornly loyal to SBFII will be left to one day look around that forum, the life having been sucked out of it even more than it already had been and plaintively ask, "what happened? Where's everybody gone?"

I do not care, as there are many sites for Miss Boyle. I do not understand how those who felt compelled to start a new one could have WISHED for more moderation than SBFII. I am certain tho, that Team Subo could care LESS if there are 100 forums, as long as the fans buy her CDs. Plus, leave her alone when she wants to be left alone. Which from what she says lately, is most of the time. She does not consider even the frequent folks at events, as her friends, she considers them her FANS and has said so on many occasions. So there is no "in crowd" at all. I think there is room for any kinds OF forums, to be honest. No worries!

It looks like a lot of members at the new forum have pangs of remorse for leaving their first love---SBFII. Where else can they get the adoration, the love.
Yes, they heard the call from SBFII..............
